Privacy policy
This policy explains what STUDIOT LABS LLC (“STUDIOT LABS”, “we”, “us”) does with personal information on this website. We are a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.
This policy covers this website only. If you bought something from one of our stores, the privacy policy published on that store governs your purchase. See artcase.studio or artee.studio.
What this site is
studiotlabs.com is an informational site about our company and the stores we run. You cannot open an account here, and nothing is sold here. There is no shopping cart, no login and no newsletter sign-up.
What we collect
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information each time a page is requested: the IP address, the browser and operating system reported by your device, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs exist to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are kept for a short period in the ordinary course of hosting and are not used to build a profile of you.
Email you send us
If you write to info@studiotlabs.com we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of it.
Fonts
Typefaces on this site are delivered by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from Google in return and we do not use Google Fonts to identify you.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies on this website.
- We run no analytics, advertising, retargeting or session-recording tools here.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not process payments on this site.
Who we share information with
Only the providers needed to operate the site and our email, and only to the extent required: our hosting provider and our email provider. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Your rights
Residents of California and of other US states with consumer privacy laws in force, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, have rights over the personal information a business holds about them. Depending on your state, these include the right to know what is held, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
Because this site collects so little, the practical answer to most requests is short. Write to info@studiotlabs.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you want. We will respond within the time your state's law requires, and we will ask for enough information to be satisfied that the request is really yours. You may use an authorized agent where your state permits it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Where information is held
We are a United States company and our providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. If you write to us from outside the United States, understand that your message will be handled in the United States.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
